Cancellation & Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations or exchanges. The only exception to this policy is if the event you have booked for is cancelled by The West End Comedy Club.

Right to refuse entry

Our shows are 18+ and any ticket holder denied entry for being under the legal drinking age of 18 (or under 25 and without valid ID) will not be issued a refund. A photograph or scan of ID is not valid ID.

The West End Comedy Club also reserves the right to deny entry to - or evict - customers who cause disturbances during the performance or pose a threat to other customers, acts or venue staff. Refunds will not be issued in these instances.
